More interesting was that the RL-16 loads were 92 to 154 fps faster than H4350. In the middle band from 55 t0 95 degrees, the velocities were 111 to 119 fps faster than H4350. On the 35 Whelen (standard chambering) - Reloder 15 Gets It Done! For the 35 Whelen [Ackley Improved version and 350 Remington Magnum too] I have found that the best powder to give me the greatest velocity with the least signs of excess pressure is Reloder 15.
